    • Since​ we handle everything from order placement to deployment at your site, your Care Rep will assist in getting any issues sorted out properly.

  • What is your return policy for business orders?
    • We offer everyone a free, no hassle test drive.  We want you to love your Magnus experience.​  If there is a problem with an order, we will make it right.  True product "Returns", like I changed my mind and don't want what I ordered any more, are typically not accepted, but we evaluate every instance based on the situation.
