GUARANTEES
5 Year Fabric Performance Guarantee
For a period of 5 years from original purchase, by original purchaser, Magnus Fabrics* are guaranteed to:
• Retain original shape;
• Be free of pilling (small ball shaped entanglements);
• Remain colorfast (retain original color characteristics);
• Perform as generally expected;for a period of not less than five years from date of delivery to Purchaser.
Magnus will correct (repair, replace or refund cost at Magnus’ option), at no cost to Purchaser, any dissatisfaction with the performance of a purchased Magnus Fabric.
*Magnus Fabrics are defined as all fabrics that are listed in the Magnus Standard Fabrics and Finishes Program.
Magnus orders products on customers’ behalf that can be in finishes not included in the Magnus Standard Fabrics and Finishes Program. These products are covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty or as warranted on your Estimate and Invoice. Limited Lifetime Warranty definitions have the same meaning in any Magnus guarantee.
HILO Product Line Quick-Fix Guarantee
The Quick-Fix Guarantee is a no fault, no cost program, whereby Magnus will correct (fix or replace at Magnus’ option) an inoperable height adjustable table base within two business days* following the day an inoperable table base is reported to us by the original Purchaser.
If we fail to correct the problem as promised, we will provide to Purchaser, at no charge, a like kind HILO product or another Magnus product you might need, of similar value, as our way of saying, “Sorry, for not getting it done”.
*Two business days example – You report an inoperable table to Magnus at 1PM on Friday, we will have it corrected by 6PM Tuesday.
The Quick-Fix Guarantee is void when Purchaser does not make HILO product available to Magnus for correction when notified of Magnus representative’s availability to provide correction; or if Purchaser’s place of business has restrictions or building regulations that make achieving correction within Quick-Fix timeframe impossible. Limited Lifetime Warranty definitions have the same meaning in any Magnus guarantee.
